How “Upgrade Your Seat” works
Already have a match ticket? Here’s how to upgrade to hospitality:

Find your fixture in the app and view all the details with the hospitality upgrades.
✋ Place your upgraded bid
Choose how many seats you want and submit your best bid for hospitality access.
🥳 Win and enjoy
If your bid wins, your name and details will be sent automatically to the clubs hospitality and you will be provided a Hospitality ticket upgrade in your wallet.
Your original ticket stays valid, and you simply enjoy all the hospitality extras on matchday.

What is TicketHunter and how does it work?
TicketHunter is an official partner platform that lets fans bid for match tickets at a discounted price. Place your bid, and if you win, your ticket is delivered straight into your TicketHunter Wallet.
How do I place a bid for tickets on TicketHunter?
Make sure to follow your favourite clubs, then browse available matches, choose your ticket type, and submit your blind bid. The highest bids win when the bidding period ends.
Can I edit or cancel my bid after I’ve placed it?
Yes. You can edit or cancel your bid anytime before the bidding closes for that match.
When does bidding open and close for each match?
Typically, all auctions open at midday on the Monday before the game (Saturday 3 o’clock) and end on Thursday evening at 8. Fans will be notified via a Push notification when the bidding is open. For midweek games, tickets will usually become available 4 days before matchday.
When does bidding open and close for ‘Upgrade your seat’?
Due to Hospitality requiring certain information to help cater for your services, the bidding will look to open at the start of the week and close Wednesday Evening/ Thursday Midday.
What happens if I win a bid? How do I get my ticket?
You’ll receive an email and app notification confirming your win. Your digital ticket will then appear directly in your TicketHunter Wallet.
Do I need a Fan ID or Supporter ID to buy tickets through TicketHunter?
In most cases, no. TicketHunter provides tickets directly through our club partnerships, so you can bid without a supporter ID unless a specific club requires one.
What is the “Upgrade Your Seat” feature and how do I use it?
Already have a ticket? You can bid to upgrade your seat to hospitality. If you win, your original ticket remains valid and you’ll receive details of your hospitality upgrade.
Are TicketHunter tickets official and guaranteed for entry?
Yes. All tickets are supplied directly by our partner clubs and are valid for entry.
What perks do I get when buying through TicketHunter?
Each ticket often comes with added perks such as discounts, vouchers, raffles or matchday offers from our partners. Details are shown in the app.
